Instructions

  1. Sure, you could buy pre-ground beef at the store. But why settle for mediocre when you can grind your own sirloin at home? With a LEM Grinder, it's easy to get the perfect medium-grind for juicy, flavorful burgers. And grinding twice ensures that the meat is evenly mixed. Once you've ground your sirloin, combine it with SPG seasoning in a large bowl. Mix well to combine, and then get ready to grill up some of the best burgers you've ever had.
  2. It's time to get your hands dirty! Form the beef mixture into one large patty, using your hands to pack it together firmly. Place the patty on a baking sheet and top with a generous amount of SPG seasoning.
  3. It's time to fire up the grill! Preheat the Treager to 350˚F. While the grill is preheating, lay a piece of bacon on a jerky rack. Cover the jerky rack with tin foil to protect your grill from the bacon grease. Place bacon and ground sirloin on the grill and cook the meat until it reaches an internal temp of 160°.
  4. While the meat is cooking, let's get those onions going! Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with ½ tbsp olive oil. Add the onions and cook until softened and golden brown. The onions should be translucent
  5. It's time to assemble the burgers! Cut the buns in half and place the bottom half of the dinner rolls on a buttered baking sheet. Line the bread with sliced cheese. Top with cheese slices, the sirloin patty, bacon, onions, and more cheese. Place the top of the buns over the burgers. It's almost time to eat!
  6. Finish off your burgers by rubbing the leftover onion butter on top of the buns. Sprinkle with Boar's Night Out Double Garlic Butter. Place the burgers back on the grill so that the cheese can melt and the buns can crisp up.
  7. Once the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown, remove the burgers from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy these delicious, juicy burgers!
