I need to replace it with something that doesn't hurt. Originally I was thinking that I'd just swap it out for the binding on the newer version. I contacted them to try to confirm that said binding can actually be replaced with the new one before purchasing a binding and have gotten literally no response. That was 2 months ago. I will be taking my outdoor business elsewhere from now on. If everything works for you, and you have no issues, gear from MSR can be great, but if not, or if something needs a repair, you are entirely out of luck.
