With the treadmill in my home I have zero excuses and most definitely upped my game. I have found that an evening walk or hike before bed has helped my sleep immensely. It has also helped my overall mood. Using the iFIT feature and completing the hikes has been very invigorating and motivating. I honestly am enjoying my treadmill every single time I use it. I have other gym equipment that I also use with iFit and have touch screens and this is by far the best touch screen I have used. It is very responsive and the picture quality is great. The treadmill responds easily to input from both the touchscreen and the control buttons to adjust the speed and or incline. The belt seems like it is good quality and will last a long time. When I received the treadmill it took me about 2-1/2 hours to assemble it but once it was completed it was ready to go. If I had one complaint with it, it would be the quality of the speakers. when following along with an iFit trainer on full volume it can be difficult to hear them. It does pair easily with Bluetooth headphones so not the end of the world but if you are in a noisy environment and don't want to use headphones it may be hard to hear the trainers if using it along with iFit.
