However, we paid $400 for the additional full service warranty which includes quarterly maintenance and replacement for any defective parts. I have sent multiple messages to iFit customer service through the iFit app and have on multiple occasions called and sent emails to both iFit and Proform to find out how to schedule maintenance, but no one seems to have that information and just repeats that I need to email iFit customer service for help. It's been almost five months since we purchased our treadmill and we've noticed a hot plastic smell, so I'm afraid to use it until it receives proper maintenance. I really like that the controls are easy to use... speed buttons and incline buttons. My wife likes connecting to the iFit app and doing guided workouts. You have to sign up for an iFit account to activate the treadmill.\nI guess it is what you'd expect. Of course it's heavy but it feels well made. The running experience is good. Soft running surface. The bed itself has some bounce to it, which is good for walking and running. It does fold up nicely to make moving or storage easier. \nOnly thing to look out for is this thing that I wasn't expecting was how heavy it was!\nMake sure you have help especially when setting it up. We watched a video tutorial beforehand and that really sped up setting it up. It took us around 40 minutes .
