He sold us on the complimentary workout sessions that were (according to him) supposed to be for as long as I owned the treadmill. The sessions were free for one week and now I can not access any. I wish I had bought the other treadmill that was available at that time. NOW - I do not dislike my treadmill and I do use it. I upgraded from a more basic brand and treadmill a few months ago. This new treadmill really motivated me to keep running, keep improving, which is partly due to the great user interface and features it has. I lost 20 pounds in about two months, mainly due to how much more I was running and being able to clearly see that I was getting faster. You really need to pay monthly for their software to make it worth it. I bought it because of an Apple integration just to find out it doesn’t support Apple Fitness from your watch to connect. The height adjustment is fantastic and the running deck soft but firm. What I don’t like is that 98% of the functionality of this device is tied to a very expensive monthly software subscription. My family gym membership is less than the subscription price.
