One of them was missing the shoulder pad but I am awaiting an exchange and hope that it will be all fixed soon. \n But as far as the water bag goes, it is GREAT! I'm a huge water drinker and the strap is long and sturdy to wear across your chest and keep hands free. Also the two zipped compartments are great for ID, money, etc., one of the zipped areas could also carry a small phone. My first one was pink and it did get dirty easily but was easy to wash and freshen up. The velcro for holding the water bottle in place is strong, but would be nice to have a spare one provided as if you use it alot, the velcro hold does get weak.\n Overall I give the product a 5 star!
