{"reviews":[{"id":8142953,"locale":"en_US","rating":1,"title":"Disappointing","text":"I'm extremely confused by any reviews saying this is easy to clean due to the size of the opening - this system has the smallest opening of any I've ever used, including the old Gregory systems. If you plan to put ice in this thing you almost need to do it by hand, one piece at a time, due to the opening being so narrow. This reservoir doesn't have a hook for drying, but even if it did it would need some other system to keep it open in order for it to easily dry. I'm about to enter day 4 in a hot, dry environment with periodic shaking and it is still solidly wet in about half the bladder. I dry all my reservoirs the same way and this is the only one I've had this problem with. Probably one of the biggest daily use issues is the fact that the hose is waaaaaay too long. I use this for a small trail running pack, and while the old tube was a bit long, this new one is a full 10 inches longer!! The magnetic piece is useless with any kind of movement, so trying to keep this thing from flapping everywhere while on a run is an unbelievable challenge. I'll be doing some heavy modifying before this isn't anything more than a frustration. At the end of the list is the system used to clip in the reservoir to the pack. I live in AZ and water is essential. I loved the features, The hangers, the ease of taking off the tube. Unfortunately, my reservoir is no longer useful. I notice the the newer design took care of the demise of my tank. Even with this cross over there was too much hose, which would be fine, I managed to make it work. However, upon first use on the mountain, the plastic insert from the mouth piece into the hose broke from what I can only assume was pressure from the hose being too long or the plastic being brittle. I leaned over to strap in my bindings and water was spewing all over.
