The material is a mesh, pretty light weight and a little stretchy, making it very easy to make quick moves in. Favorite thing is they are extremely light weight but the mesh is not see through! \n\nI like the color way I got, all black with white stripes down the sides and bottom, they go with literally anything.\n\nJust wish they had pockets! A couple things she liked were how comfortable and soft the material was and that they don’t have an extra “underwear” built in. I feel like they are nice and thick and will hold up in the wash well. My daughter didn’t love how high the rise of the shorts were. She prefers shorts and pants to sit at her hips and these were more of a mid rise that sat closer to her belly button. This was fixed by rolling the waistband down one time. Overall, we are happy with the shorts and will get a lot of wear out of them for soccer practices. My daughter is almost 47 inches and weighs about 47 pounds.
