Tried and true companion.\n\nAfter 7 years of baggage handlers' mishandling, being dragged through snow, and rolled through Tokyo subway stations, one of the plastic skids on the bottom started to come loose. So, I reached out to Dakine's customer service and they replaced it with a brand new model!\n\nGreat bag. Lastly the bottom top corners don't have rubber on corners like luggage bags. Hard plastic poked through material on first trip. Luggage goes rollers up through oversize.
