I've had it for a couple years now and I honestly find it warmer than my higher warmth rated jacket from Columbia. And it's way lighter and less bulky than my other jackets too! My only wish is that the pockets were lined. I don't zip my jackets unless it's crazy cold so my hands can get chilly if relying solely on the pockets if not zipped. I have a very warm bulky jacket for extra cold conditions but needed something medium warm and not bulky for everyday, and waterproof. Love that it is longer and the green/black is very flattering. The jacket is actually warmer than what I thought it would be and I usually just need a long sleeve warm top underneath without an extra layer when walking outside or doing more activity - it warms up well from body heat. I also prefer the Heavenly line of long jackets due to the lined hood. It's just feels more comfortable/warm if you're not wearing a beanie. The Mountain Croo jacket is waterproof, whereas the Heavenly is only water resistant. So I guess each will serve a specific purpose for me.
