If you like fast traditional shoes that feel like the old shoes from pre 2019, and are an efficient agile runner then this is your shoe. 33mm/23 is perfect just enough for protection. I went out on a run in these and added miles to it because running is fun again, and this foam is fast! Nike please don’t stop making shoes like this and please make more. The only improvement possible for me would be add a smidge of carrier foam to make it more stable for cross training, but even at that they make a great gym shoe! This is an absolute banger!!! I do notice the lack of a ZoomAir cushion, neutral effect on comfort. They are slightly lighter feeling than the regular Pegasus line.
