I was suggested these Graviota's from customer service after showing some hesitancy for them based on reviews. When I decided I didn't like them afterall, they refused to allow me to exchange them because the 90 day return policy I had read is only during the holiday months and not September when I bought them. Misleading. Because I have no pictures to prove it, I can't return the shoes. This was not a laziness issue in exchanging. This was me truly believing I had time because their prompts on the screen asking if I want an additional 30 days. When on the phone, the customer service agent stated I did in fact have 90 days to exhange and allowed me to pick the shoe I wanted (which I was going to pay more for) and we got all the way to check out before it said, \"ineligible\". She said, \"we're not going to panic\" and asked her boss for help but he flat out refused. He not only refused to help but he also refused to simply let me tell him how I feel! I could tell the agent felt horrible. I feel completely disrespected as they should want to hear what their customer has to say and they shouldn't have misleading prompts on there that aren't for the month they're in! So unfair.
