I bought a size 8 which was to large. Exchanged for a size 7, which ultimately was to small. I really needed a 7.5 which they did not offer in this style. So I had to return BOTH the size 8 and the size 7. Due to an error on their part when they generated a return label they mislabeled it and didn't indicate it was a RT_Ex (so I am told return_exchange. I have called and texted no less than 8\nTimes and each time the UGG Ambassador assured me the credit / refund would be issued. The shoes have been sitting in their warehouse since 9/28 (size 8 recd at dock) and 10/3 (size 7 recd at dock). I will NEVER order shoes or anything for that matter again with this online business listed as Decker Outdoors. I have since engaged my bank to dispute and assist. If I could give this retailer 0 stars I would.
