I was at my daughters drs appt for her shots while the coat had gotten delivered. By the time I got home, it was no longer there and Columbia is refusing to replace it. Had me wait over a week for an \"investigation\" after I told them it was stolen just for their conclusion to be, they do not replace stolen items. As a single mom of 2 this is extremely disappointing. They said the best they can do is give me 20% off of a new coat but I spent so much money on a coat and never received it. I can not afford to buy a whole new coat when I purchased this one. I buy from Columbia all the time and never had an issue and the one time an issue arise they refuse to replace it. Nice thick outer lining. True to size.
