Helmet was leaking air from the first ride, day 2 of the ride the tinted shield\nBroke. The chin guard stitching also has pulled out. I’ve tried everything on my end to get ahold of the customer service department and have had no luck. Even a previous review response telling me to reach out to the customer service departments had led no where. The shield never fogs up or freezes when you’re plugged in. The only thing that drives me crazy is when riding in the cold which is all the time the lever to open the modular part freezes up from condensation.
