Definitely needed to size up from a normal M to a L. After seeing the reflectors in the rear I was hopeful that they would include lights but was let down. Then I next went and put 400 trail miles in. Initial thoughts were on the ear piercing noise. After some messing about with the angle resting on my head, it seemed to help. I also wear prescription glasses and when stopped the glasses would fog like crazy with the visor down. All was good as soon as we got moving again. Helmet definitely kept my head warm and cozy. I was also able to run my Sena 20S Evo communicator with ease.
