I wanted something that I could layer with a thicker sweatshirt, so I got the small instead. Arm sleeves circumference seems bigger or wider. I’ll still keep this because of the price but didn’t think it was the same as before. Warmth to weight ratio is superb, and it packs down really well. Style is a touch different and pattern of the fleece on the panels is different from my 2022-ish atom hoody, but still great coat. Fit is true to size. They got this one right for someone with an athletic build. For once, the arm holes and shoulders are large enough on an extra-small. So often to fit my shoulder I have to size up and deal with extra belly fabric that flaps way too much when I move.\nThe cut of this is fairly trim, which I love... so if you have a larger mid-section, may want to choose a different relaxed-fit style. This one works best closer to the body without large loose areas.\n\nThey can't please everyone, but I am grateful that they finally got back to a true athletic cut for the smaller women's sizes, with shoulders wide enough for a muscular yet slender build. I get cold easily but this jacket is warm given how lightweight it feels.
