In the picture it looks like the hanger is one solid piece, however, there is actually a chain from the rod hanger piece to the boot hanger piece. The chain allows the boot hanger piece to wobble or tilt and the boots fall out. I have some that are total solid rods, with no chain, that worked awesome. I thought these were the same solid hangers.
