Then built the Targa and it remains Targa 6 months later. I love it. Don’t know why but when I walk past it I stop and give it an appreciative *swoon* for its brilliant design. Thank you, Mike Psiaki! Incredible work. I will eventually rebuild it into a Ford GT (for a little while), having already purchased the instructions from Rebrickable, but taking the Targa apart … well, I just like it so much! It’s absolutely worth every penny at full retail. Although it’s been around for a while, don’t miss this gem if you haven’t already picked it up. I've never built a car before although I have built other complex builds such as the space shuttle and a star destroyer and much to my surprise I found I had a very easy and enjoyable time putting this together--before you begin your build you have an option to either build a 911 Turbo or a Targa convertible, I opted for the 911 Turbo but appreciated the ability to choose. I was missing quite a few pieces so it took a bit for them to arrive in order to resume the build. The end product itself is fantastic appearance wise. You can steer and open the hood and trunk. However, the windshield, roof, and seats are very prone to disconnecting while playing or showing someone the features. It gets frustrating trying to fix the windshield every time it falls off. The one door also didn’t close nicely so I had to take it all apart to find the issue and get a replacement part. \n\nOverall, if you want to interact with this car, I don’t recommend as it’s not the most durable. But if it’s just a display, it’s a solid option.
