It came dirty and worst of all someone had shoved the instructions and lots of loose metal inside the grill. Meaning when I turned it on, the book caught fire. Obviously not thrilled about this. They’re willing to replace it if I drive all the way back to their store. My only good experience with this was the customer service rep was very nice. Other than that a complete waste.
