I DO NOT RECOMMEND the NoBark SBC-10. One of the collars clearly shocked my dog as he was lying perfectly silent. It was all I could do to get it off off him as he jumped, squealed and ran in full panic mode. It was heartbreaking to see. I have an excessive barker, she barks at everything passing by, at home, on the road, at parks, wherever we may be she feels the need to constantly use her voice (much like my 11 year-old daughter, two peas in a pod, haha) I have tried other brands; however, I dislike them because she will get shocked when other dogs bark. This is the first collar I have tried that does not shock her when other dogs bark. The built-in technology does work on that front. However, it does not work in some cases, sneezing. My dog has been shocked when sneezing. Now I worry that the technology recognizes her sneezing as barking and will continue to shock her. That being said, I usually only make her wear the collar while we are not home. She does continue to bark at everything at home but as soon as we put the collar on her she understands what will happen, and rarely barks. But sneezing is automatic and she can't just turn off a sneeze; therefore, I don't use the collar as often as I hoped. Overall the collar works well, but I don't use it at home which means still no peace and quiet at my house.
