I have been using it for about 3 weeks, and I really like it. I am 75 and before I retired, I went to the gym at least 4 nights a week most of the time it was 5. Now I use the treadmill 5 times a week and a bow flex I bought 12 years ago 4 times a week it has served me well for the last 12 years. I no longer try to build muscle but maintain why I have. I also watch my weight, so I do 5 miles a day on the tread mill. I have started doing some fat burning exercises that last 30 minutes. I really like how easy it is to control my speed and the incline.
