My car spun out into the ditch and the door was smashed in. This car seat stayed secure and she was well-contained and stayed safe. It was also easy enough to get her out of as fast as possible to get to safety. I am so grateful she is alive and healthy. We will be getting a replacement. Both girls emerged from the accident completely unharmed. Unfortunately our daughter never quite fit correctly in the car seat, frequently experiencing a chin to chest position.\nWith major concern, I contacted uppababy who then assisted me with exchanging to a Mesa V2. The process was very easy, and I felt cared for and reassured that Uppababy would always take care of their customer.\nNeedless to say, my daughter fits very well in the Mesa V2 and now enjoys riding in the car again, as she no longer is experiencing significant chin to chest position. And now Mom and Dad enjoy riding in the car again without worrying about our daughters positioning.\n\nIf you ever experience any issues or have any concerns with your uppababy product, always call their customer service line!
