I used it a total of 6-7 times, keeping it in storage with no batteries in the housing to avoid corrosion and damage to internal components. It was cheap when I bought it, nowhere near the current price. It was well under $100 US. It no longer works. I have tried multiple batteries, used a battery tester to make sure the batteries are good. They are. The 'cam' no longer functions. I'd give it a 1 star but, frankly it served the purposes I needed when I used it. I recommend spending more money on quality products made by suppliers formally streamlined with manufacturing for tactical purposes rather than this. Or.. spend your money on this and expect eventual failure with minimal use. It will do what you want, but maybe just not for long. I hope this was a fair assessment. I recommend playing around with it first and getting comfortable with the interface. Then Practice before you take it out at night in the blind. The Brightness will blind you when powering on the unit. I was just using this the other night and the IR field is so massive and strong, my hunting buddy said with his NVG's on this little Monocular brightened up about 250 yards of field and tree line and he could see better thru his. Only con to this is the battery usage. 2 Settings for the IR high and medium. But it makes sense considering the output on the IR side. I've had mine for about a year now, found it at Walmart, never had any issues with it.
