Hangs over each side of the slide a little over 1/16th of an inch, if that matters. Mounts low enough I could use OEM irons in a pinch. Comes with all the screws you could ever need, plus extras of each size. Glass is almost completely clear, very slight tint. Dot looks great even with my slight astigmatism. Dot gets way too bright for normal use, so no worry about the dot ever being too dim. The nominal setting, 6, is rated for 35,000 hours without any sunlight, and it’s what I will leave the optic set on for carrying. Good size and quality. Be sure to tighten battery cover tightly!
