HOWEVER, as many others have also mentioned, the upper thigh and crotch area sucks. I have purchased 5+ pairs, and all of them have ripped. I have even gone to the lengths of reinforcing the fabric and stitching the pants myself. Not to mention, I wash them on cold, without fabric softener and air dry or dry on delicate. I am 5'4, 115lbs and normally wear a 0. Regardless of sizing up to a 2, I had the same issue. When i went into the Cincinnati 5. 11 store to mention the problem, the male employee told me verbatim \"you are the only female who has ever had this problem. \" He also said \"you have the complete wrong body type for these pants\". Now, after reading these reviews, I realize how wrong he was. My thighs don't even touch in the areas I've experienced splitting and ripping. Not to mention, I am only wearing the pants 1x a week. Although in the moment I was able to exchange the 5th pair of ripped pants, I never should've had to. This experience at the store, along with the poor quality of pants left me with a disappointing impression of 5. 11. BUT yesterday they exchanged them out and the new pair of icons I got is super tight and I couldn’t even get the top button snapped, now I know I did not gain 20 lbs in 2 days. . . The other pants I had that ripped fit perfect a couple days ago and now these new ones don’t? And half the time when I get them the button and zipper are on the opposite side. I’ve got a tiny waist, large butt, and thick thighs, then even out. These are THE pants made for curvy girls!! I can move so easily in these! I am a firefighter/EMT and these pants will forever be my favorite. The downside? If you have thick thighs, the friction as you walk will wear down the thigh seams within a year or so. I’ve spent way too much on these pants for way too many years but absolutely can’t find any pants that come relatively close when we talk about size, comfort, and durability! I have had no issues with them at all (no seam ripping, etc). They will eventually fade some, but that's to be expected with washing. I feel like these have a higher rise than their other pants. They have stretch which make them very comfy. They also are not all polyester so having a bit of cotton in the mix helps with the breathability.
