I bought two pairs of these pants last fall in XXS and was happy with them. Excellent quality and the right number of well-placed pockets. However, your current XXS in this style was too small and tight for me and the XS I purchased as an exchange is too big and baggy. \nIt appears that your sizing is inconsistent compared with my previous purchases from MH. The only reason I would ever say such a thing is because if I put a phone in my pocket, the pants will eventually pull down my hips as I walk simply from the weight. I promise I do not have a flat butt.
