Ever since I started shooting with one of these I can tell a huge difference in my shooting, and don't waist as much ammo at the range by actually structuring my training. Certainly easy to set up and use. A fantastic tool for use in dry-fire drills. I used it at the range (indoor) for the first time and worked as expected. The only \"fly in the ointment\" so-to-speak is that it does pick up other gunfire if you're too close to another shooter. So it was difficult to measure shot times. However I am fairly cognizant of my fire times, so it didn't really hinder it use. I use the timer more for staging a critical incident and my response time in addressing that mock scenario.
