However, be very careful what size you get, as you might want to size down a whole number based on your regular shoe size. Super lightweight and can definitely feel the energy push back from the carbon plate. The only issue I have is with sizing. This spike runs very large so definitely go a half or whole size down. I usually wear a 10.5 for all shoes and even a 10 on these spikes were too big and caused pretty nasty blisters from 400 and 800 indoor races. Overall great spike but make sure to go down in size.
