These, however, have been a gamechanger and I've started wearing them with every shoe I have. It adds enough support that Ican tell I'm wearing it vs. when I'm not wearing it, but also is thin and has enough cushion that it doesn't hurt my feet or cause me to fall off the other side of my shoe like I've dealt with other inserts.
