However, these are advertised for runners and unfortunately, I did not find them to perform well. I am a sweaty runner, particularly in my legs, which resulted in the silicone no longer preventing the socks from slipping down into my shoes. I had to stop multiple times to adjust them and unfortunately they did rub enough to cause a blister on both heels.
