Very easy to operate. And it makes walking 18 holes in the Florida heat much less strenuous. With that said, I do have two issues: 1. I have a mid sized vehicle and it barely fits in the trunk. It’s heavy, kind of awkward to handle, and can be a challenge to lift and wedge into the trunk…especially right after a round. 2. It’s awkward to unfold and fold back up. It’s not self evident on what to unfold or fold first. So a tutorial on best way to unfold and fold would be useful. Thank you! The remote works well. It stays connected and I haven’t had any issues with any side hills or steep Hills that I go up. I played 36 holes on a full battery no problem. Honestly, the only issues I have are with the actual cart design itself. I wish that it had a USB charger and I’m surprised that there is no storage for any type of jacket or any extra items besides the small net in the front. The only other design flaw I’ve noticed is that when it’s completely folded up, it doesn’t actually lock shut so when you go to pick it up, it can start to unfold on you as you’re grabbing it.If I had those few items, I would give a five stars. But if you’re debating on pulling the trigger on one of these, it is well worth the money if you like to walk.
