The wooden dowel snapped in half and my driver broke. I have used the Bag Boy on four trips and nothing is broken! Simple button to expand and collapse height of pole. Seems very sturdy and not too heavy. Tip: I place my driver and fairway wood in the slots adjacent to the Bag Boy pole and then put a small bungee cord around the clubs with the pole in the center to ensure they are protected by the Bag Boy support.
