And I just bought a new four pack off of line because I couldn't find the cucumber mint flavor in any stores. And the new pack is nothing like the previous ones I've had. The flavor is very dull and it's more of a smoother texture. The previous one was kind of a little bumpy but still went on smooth. It's soothing and moisturizing. I like mint but my skin doesn't tolerate pure mint and the cucumber moderates it. I buy these in bulk and also have learned to take the bit left at the end and combine it so none goes to waste. Then I send in the tube for recycling. When I ran out, I couldn't find it in stock anywhere so I gave up and just decided to use up the rest of my collection of other lip balms. Then today I found a tube at my local drugstore and was thrilled...that is, until I used it. No cucumber scent, no sweetness, just mint (I don't even care for mint). If I wanted just mint, I would buy their original. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I came to the website to read the full ingredient list, and to see if anyone else had the same issue. At least one other person had the exact same issue, only it was from several years ago. So is it just a quality control problem? Or cost cutting, hoping people don't notice? The ingredient lists a generic \"flavor,\" so that mystery term allows for changing things up to increase profits. They discontinued a fabulous calendula facial bar years ago, they discontinued the wonderful Aloe & Linden Flower After Sun lotion, and now this...3 strikes and I'm out. Not surprising since company owned by Clorox. Never fails once Big Business takes over. Profits before people.
