I gave up trying to load with it and threw it into my box of gun accessories. Now, a few months, later I noticed on the box an invitation to view their 'video instructions' on the Butler Creek website. After viewing the video, I was able to 'easily' load my 40c S&W Shield magazines with the full 7 rounds.
