On the very first use the griddle plate cracked! Please see images attached to this review. Now I don’t have a griddle plate because any liquid (I.e. eggs) just slides through crack dropping directly on the burner. I’m equally concerned about this happening to grill plate too when I use it next. It’s possible I suppose I just received a bad batch of the cast iron griddle/grill plates. Coleman please replace them if you can with a non-defective set. I had no problems with using this stove for all 3 meals, and percolating coffee in the morning. It took about 4-5 minutes to bring my percolator to a boil. I seasoned the cast iron along with the cooking grate that goes over the burners and it all cleans easily. The burners were bent to an awkward angle not perpendicular to the plane of the stove bottom. I appreciate that the cast iron plates had a carry bag, I just wish the whole thing came with a carry bag that had pockets for the plates and maybe a spot or two for propane bottles, that you didn’t have to buy separately.
