I was looking for a bag with a suit case clam shell opening, laptop sleeve/compartment, water bottle pocket that could hold a 32oz Nalgene, and a waist strap for support. I was looking at similar style and sized bags from Patagonia, The Northface, and Peak Design but decided on this one from Cotopaxi. I am satisfied with my choice as it checks all the boxes that I was looking for. Balancing the weight of the bag can be a little tricky due to the way the compartments are set up but can be worked around. I especially like the safety zipper featured in the laptop compartment zipper. Hoping this bag is as durable as it feels.
