This would normally mean Tommy John Surgery, how ever with this brace he has full throwing ability. I am not saying this will work for everyone but it has worked for my Son. This is his senior year of High school and he was not going to play but we took a shot with this brace and he is fully functional. He will play now. Amazing! He took the straps off and wears it like a sleeve. He was and now is the starting catcher for his team.
