I bought the pro power one month before it was banned. After I found out it was banned, I went to Scheels to see what my options were. The manager and staff were great! The manager was very friendly and knew right away that it was banned. He was fabulous and immediately took it back for a refund and I was able to purchase the Pro ultimate. \n\nIt has been a couple weeks of playing with it and I do like it. I am more of a control player vs power, however I like the feedback of the 14mm paddles vs the 16mm. I feel like I have better control with this paddle than I had with the Pro Power. I am able to control my serves and dinks better. The power is slightly less, but that doesn't bother me at all. \n\n5 stars due to the paddle. \n10 stars to Scheels, their employees, and the manager that helped me!
