Upon receiving the new product, I was impressed with the well thought out design and concept behind the whole package. Rubber feet to hold the boards in place while using, two cutting surfaces, knife holders with place for more knives, but the two provided will work well for our camping needs, and a tray to put veggies, meat, cheese or whatever you cut and prepped for the table. Knives are sharp and Gerber knives usually stay sharp for a long time. Everything fits into a nice sized compact box for easy storage. Material used should clean up quickly and easily.
