We had never had any issues with them. The first time we did, I filled out the forms, did the self test and sent the bottle back in. They sent me a new one at no charge. Now, the bottle I returned had been everywhere from small trails in NC to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. It kept ice in it for two days in 120 degree heat! Needless to say, It had some rough points. The Hydroflasks are made incredibly well and they stand behind their product. The service was amazing.
