Unfortunately the straps that connect to the wheelchairs handles are not very adjustable - they can't be cinched even vaguely tight (she uses the pediatric Ki Rogue with two handles). I kept thinking ours was defective until I saw some other comments and watched the video really closely. So for our purposes, it doesn't function much better than just hanging a regular backpack off of the handles. I'll break out the sewing machine and see if I can fix it. I worry about the wheelchair backrest's ability to hold up, but everything about JanSport products is top-tier construction. The routine dictates a well-built hooks-on-back arrangement. Sidelining the $280 hardshell advertisement that came with my power wheelchair makes me very happy. So much so, that I see another backpack just like the black one for shorter engagements and local travel. JanSport broke through with several adaptive products that replace expensive predecessors of lesser quality and advertising. With thoughtful water bottle pockets, multiple attachment options, heavy-duty zippers and materials, and pockets galore; a lasting friendship for the duration!
