However, when trying to hang up on a call, I tap on the earpiece and nothing happens, the call is still connected. I hear the beep, like it hung up, but it didn't. This happens most of the time, but there have been a few times when it did work. My favorite quality is that when on a phone call, the surrounding noises do not interfere with the sound quality for the person on the other end of the call. They never did. It has all these cool features on the box that end up getting in the way. I wear glasses and they fit awkwardly and uncomfortably. When I don't wear glasses, I'm always adjusting them. Imagine, you're on the treadmill and they're slipping. The moment you adjust them you activate a feature or pause the track you were listening to. Very annoying. How these managed to win an award is beyond me. The sound quality is good if you can get it in the right position (and get it to stay).
