Clean fresh tasting smoked meats when doing long smokes where other brands get to smoky and often, a bitter taste. It has has the largest chunks for longer cooks, on a consistent basis. I tend to save the largest chunks for when I am, in fact, doing a long smoking session @ lower temperatures.
