I reground the tip and sharpened it myself. Of course, the anodization is wearing in spots. The knife opens very smoothly. The blade also holds an edge better than most. Would definitely recommend. It gets a workout, opening boxes, breaking down cardboard, various other actions, even cutting food when camping. Fits perfectly in pocket and adjustable clip position aligns perfectly for pulling out of pocket and snapping open. Torsion bar is responsive. I do need to purchase a better sharpener as my Smith's Std Precision Sharpening System is a challenge on this blade.
