We had purchased a recycled bag from another company and it immediately started falling apart. We got this one about 6 weeks ago and it has been very hardy and functional for my 4th grader but today as we were getting in a train, the strap came unsewn making it unusable. (She can't carry it on one shoulder for long.) It's a huge bummer.
