Granted, it is smaller horizontally and has no connecting spaces to each room, but it's good enough. Especially that kitchen and dining room build.\n\nHow they connect to each other is nice, in this form. Fits well in a city setting, as well. But that's more bias than it is talking about the functions itself.\n\nBut I loved littering minifigures around to hang out in the main model, that's for sure. The assembly was easy and came with three books that included step-by-step instructions for each part. Each part of the house came labeled in bags to keep instructions simple. The design of the Legos were made of great quality materials. Many of the same pieces can be used for each part of the house which makes it very versatile. The completion of the house showed the durability of the legos. Everything held together very well. However it's a very great item. It's durable for sure just from my experience with Legos I'm giving this a 5 even with the instructions not being easy to follow.
