Grinding 50 lbs batches at a time took less time than mixing the spices in, they had to wait on me for a change. Ground seasoned and stuffed 500 pounds in about 6 hours. Well worth the extra money, and if you can catch it on sale like I did even better. The foot pedal is so useful and hands free powering. I upgraded so I would never need another grinder the rest of my life. No more playing around. Put up 75lbs of deer with bacon fat added on my own in record time.
