I used these a couple of years ago with mixed results due to user error.\nThis season I was careful not to overfill the casings. I did this by leaving the grinding plate attached for a second grind as I ran the sausage through the horn. The more open stuffing plate allows the sausage to flow a lot faster which was the mistake I made on my first attempt a few years ago.\nSo….
