Maybe I have pushed the meat thru the saw faster but the frozen turkey was halved in 15 sec and each rib eye steak from the fresh loin cut in under 10s. The motor did not bog down with the frozen meat. It seemed the blade did pull the fresh loin down during the cut. I had concern the blade may pop off, if meat got between the wheel and blade but it did not happen. The table and entire saw in general, seems rugged and of high quality. \nI would have liked the emergency stop to rapidly stop the blade instead of the slow motor spin down. Clean up was reasonable and bottle type brushes would make the job easier. The manual could be improved with details regarding blade tension/setup, long term storage care and cleaning care. I would have liked more height capacity for taller meat pieces.\nI would recommend this saw based on my limited experience.
